We say “Health is wealth”, but live as if wealth is health. 95% of us do the same, And I am also in the same 95% of people or can say that it was still three days ago.

We think bad things can happen to others:

These are those who are thirsty, have had health issues in their life. but those who are young are healthy yet they are missing. Our friend does not go to jogging, does not visit the gym, so what do we do if we do not. Well, now I will tell my plan:

Big is simple; I have decided that I will give 30 minutes of exercise after getting fresh in the morning. Then whether I get up at 6 o’clock or 9 o’clock … I will get up at 30 minutes of health. What challenges can it bring?
